A complete mixture of colours, culture, tradition and modernity, the collection  features saris, dresses, sherwanis, jackets and anarkalis teamed with churidars in antique, metallic and neutral tones in symphony with Indian brights! Each of the outfits are marked with some print or the other just to bring out the Russian and Indian elements. A modern, yet distinctly Indian collection in signature weaves!

Inspiration

Two unique cultures: India and Russia juxtaposed together. Its inspired from various regions and disciples including jewels of czars, the Ikats of the nomadic Russia, the Onion domes of Moscow, Russian Kerchiefs and pre-rebellion architecture!

Crepes, Veils. Georgettes and velvet.

Very specific details. The techniques range from Digital printing, Applique and typical Valaya embroideries to create a perfect blend of the past and present.

Colour Story

The colour pallete varied from antique, metallic and neutral tones with a dash of green, pink, blue and orange.

Young and contemporary silhouettes but with a strong sense of heritage and luxury.

Indo-Russian embroidery and styling were key, as seen in churidars with pleated kurtas and short jackets, saris, lehengas, angrakhas and long coats.

The season’s attire is based on Russian features combined with Indian. Each of his ensembles is bold and classic in a way to bring out the traditions of Russia paired up with heavy accessories to bring in a style different from the other.
